FAQ
❓ Where do we ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). This includes all U.S. mainland states except Alaska and Hawaii, which are not supported at this time for standard freight or parcel shipments.
If you need help arranging shipment to a freight forwarder or commercial dock within the lower 48, feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to assist.
After checkout, we will contact you with options to pickup at your local freight center.
It depends on the weight of the product. If the product is under 140 lbs it will typically ship FedEx or UPS. If the product is over 140 lbs. it will ship using the best available freight carrier.
Give us a call at (765) 665-6365, and our sales team can work with you and find out this is a viable option.
❓ How do I track my order?
We use both UPS and LTL freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.
- Smaller items (under 140 lbs):
These typically ship via UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your item ships. You can track your package at ups.com. - Larger items (over 140 lbs):
These ship via LTL freight carriers. You’ll receive an email with the following:- ✅ Freight carrier name
- ✅ PRO number (freight tracking number)
- ✅ Tracking link (when available)
To track your freight order, visit the carrier’s website and enter the PRO number into their tracking tool. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to assist with tracking updates or delivery estimates.
📦 Note: For residential freight deliveries, the carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window once the shipment reaches your local terminal.
❓ How can I add liftgate service to my order?
If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift, you may need liftgate service to safely unload your shipment. To add this service, simply contact us after placing your order and we’ll confirm availability and add it to your freight quote.
Important: Extremely large or heavy items (typically over 1,500 lbs or oversized pallets) may not be eligible for liftgate delivery due to carrier safety limitations. In these cases, unloading equipment such as a forklift will be required at the delivery location.
❓ What are the shipping options?
During checkout, shipping rates are based on the lowest-cost freight option available to your location. These rates typically reflect standard LTL transit times, which are estimated but not guaranteed by the carrier.
If you’re on a tight deadline, some freight carriers offer guaranteed delivery timeframes (such as 2-day or 3-day delivery). These expedited options are available by request and may incur additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to explore guaranteed shipping services.
Please contact us and we can locate the nearest freight center to your address.
- Do not sign the DELIVERY RECEIPT (freight shipments).
- File a claim with the carrier
If your freight is much higher than expected, it may be because you are located in a remote or limited access area.
You can arrange freight from our warehouse to your location but we can not arrange the shipping with your company.
In some cases this is possible, but there will be an extra cost incurred.
