🚛 Freight Shipping Policy

📦 General Information

Orders over 140 lbs ship via LTL freight carrier. A person must be present at the delivery location to receive the pallet and sign for delivery. Freight costs are calculated per order based on location and item specifics.

A forklift or loading equipment is typically required to unload the shipment from the truck. If the delivery address is a residence, the freight carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment.

⚠️ No-Show Policy:
If no one is available during the scheduled delivery window, a No-Show Fee will apply (typically $80–$475, depending on the carrier’s policy).

🛠️ Lift Gate Service

If your location does not have a loading dock or forklift, you will need lift gate service to safely lower the pallet to the ground. Please let us know when placing your order so we can include it in your freight quote.

🏞️ Remote Access Fees

Certain delivery addresses fall within remote access zones, as designated by freight carriers. If your location qualifies, a remote access handling fee will be added to your order, based on the carrier’s specific surcharge.

📦 Freight Damage & Missing Items

🚚 Inspect Upon Delivery

Before signing the delivery receipt:

  • Inspect all items for visible damage or missing components.

  • If damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt or handheld device and refuse the shipment.

  • Do not sign the delivery receipt if you intend to refuse due to damage.

Customer Responsibility:
If damage is not properly noted at time of delivery, freight claims are unlikely to be approved.

We’ll assist with the freight claim process, but the carrier will require proper documentation from the point of delivery.

Lost Shipments

If you believe your shipment is missing, notify us immediately. We’ll open a case with the freight carrier and work to resolve it. Please allow up to 14 business days for the carrier to investigate and respond.
