FAE UML/SSL Mulcher – Built for Skid Steers, Designed for Results
The UML/SSL series is FAE’s premier mulcher for skid steers with 75–135 hp, offering unmatched versatility and performance in land clearing, brush control, and vegetation management. Available in 150 (~62″) and 175 (~70″) working widths, this mulcher gives you the power to match your workload.

Choose between two rotor configurations:

• Open Rotor with Bolt-On Teeth – Ideal for high-impact jobs, delivering aggressive cutting performance in dense, woody material.

• Bite Limiter Rotor – Features hardened steel limiter rings that control cutting depth, reduce power demand, and boost fuel efficiency while maintaining high-speed mulching.

Power options include:

• VT (Variable Torque) Hydraulic Motor – Automatically adjusts torque under load, reducing stalling and maximizing mulching power.

• Sonic Technology – FAE’s top-tier system that calibrates hydraulic performance in real time for up to 30% increased productivity, smoother operation, and less operator fatigue.
